clients / purcell school

The Purcell School, Bushey, UK - forming part of their new music building, we designed and constructed Music
Recording Studios comprising a 5.1 surround Control Room equipped with Protools HD2/Control 24, a Large Live Area,
Pre-Production/Teaching Studio and complete A/V building cabling infra-structure.
Together with a complete furniture package for IT classroom areas, the project was completed in January 2007.

The Live Area features natural light with 'live' and 'dead' areas on a floating concrete floor.

The Ground Floor Control Room has extensive patching to allow Microphone sources from
8 different areas of the Building, each with video links.
Monitoring is from Dynaudio BM6 and BM15s.

The small Control Room above the Recital is used for 1 to 1 teaching as well as providing
an ideal recording platform for Recital Room performance.

One of the Music Technology classrooms for which we designed and supplied custom Oak
furniture with extensive cabling for Audio, Firewire, Video and USB patching.
