Newcastle-under-Lyme College , studio areas within their new building constructed by BAM Construction.
Our contract involved design and installation of Music Recording studio and Computer facilities on the Ground Floor of this stunning building in Newcastle. The area includes a large 5.1 equipped Control Room, Live area and Mac suite. Apart from the construction works, we installed custom Technical furniture and carried out an extensive Technical Installation. The project was carried out over a 4 month period and completed in November 2009.

The Control room has large viewing windows to both Live and Computer areas. Equipment was also supplied by us and includes Dynaudio monitoring, Digidesign C24 and Protools. The 2m projection screen provides an excellent teaching tool.

The Computer Suite features 18 x Student IMacs and M-Box interfaces with custom Beech workstations each catering for 6 students.

The Live Room has both 'dead' and 'live' areas and can take 8 musicians.
